Kasugai Gardens 1435 Water Street. Kelowna

Kasugai Gardens
1435 Water Street

This little garden is a great little oasis in this city. I lived here for five years before I found it and without a word of a lie I worked right across the street the whole time!!!!

Due to the high walls and hidden location it truly is kelowna's "secret garden" in the heart of downtown kelowna.

It's a great a quiet place for  lunch, coffee or reflection... Check it out but don't tell too many people....it may be selfish but it's worth keeping to yourself;-)

Located off Queensway Avenue immediately east of City Hall, Kasugai Gardens offers a tranquil environment featuring traditional elements of a Japanese garden such as stone lanterns, pine trees and a waterfall and pond. The gardens comprise 0.31 hectares and were completed in 1987 to symbolize the friendship between Kelowna and Kasugai, Japan, sister cities since 1981. A perfect place for a stroll, picture taking and even a small wedding ceremony.
