Here are the total stats for the local real estate market for the last 10 years!! It was a lot of work putting this together but well worth the effort to see how the market has been changing over the last decade. The stats were taken from the "Quick Summary Part 2" on Page 5 in the statistics section of the “Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Boards Monthly Stats” (from the residential section at the bottom.) Each statistic is graphed. You will see the graphs below the table. If you click on a graph and go back up to the table it shows you which stats the graph is covering. If you click on the arrows in the corners you can move the box up or down to change what the graph is showing. That way you can see the graph for the last 10 years or just the last 2 years.
